The Journey Mapping Tool itself is quite robust, and the real-time editing feature was a huge plus for our remote setup. We used it to create several Customer Journey Maps and a few Service Blueprints, and the templates made it easy to get started. I liked the PDF export for sharing with stakeholders. However, the Jira Integration was a bit finicky to set up, and we had a couple of instances where changes didn't sync immediately. Customer support was responsive when I contacted them, which was good. Overall, it's a solid platform for CX work, just expect a few small bumps along the way.
